Terms and Conditions for Vietnam Motorcycle Adventures
Before joining one of our tours, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions.
They explain how deposits and payments work, what you can expect from us, and what
responsibilities you have as a rider. These guidelines are designed to make sure your
motorcycle adventure in Vietnam is safe, enjoyable, and worry-free.
Deposit and Payment
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. To secure your reservation, we request a small deposit, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the total tour cost. The most popular and easiest way to pay is online through a secure link we will send you once you confirm your booking.
No deposit is required for returning customers – welcome back!
The remaining balance can be paid at any time before the tour, or directly at our shop in Vietnam just before departure. You may pay in cash or by credit card (please note a 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments to cover bank fees).
Complaints Procedure
Vietnam Motorcycle Adventures is committed to providing the best possible service and ensuring that you enjoy the motorcycle trip of a lifetime. However, if you have a complaint during your tour, please notify your tour leader immediately so the situation can be resolved. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact our office directly for assistance.

Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds are available in cases of bad weather conditions or cancellations due to customers’ personal reasons. Tours may be delayed by adverse weather, but we cannot take responsibility for cancellations caused by it.
If you break any rules without prior approval from the tour leader, you may be warned and subsequently removed from the tour. In such cases, you will need to return to the city at your own expense.
If your motorcycle has a technical breakdown, we will provide a replacement of the same type. Our guide/mechanic will attempt to repair your bike within one day. If your tour is shortened for technical reasons, you will receive a refund for the unused day(s).
If you need to cancel your booking, you may postpone it to another date or transfer it to another person. Please note that you are responsible for any administrative costs, and your nominee must pay the full tour amount.
Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for providing everything included in the tour price. Our guide and support team will assist you in any situation along the way. In case of an emergency, we will contact the people nominated by you in the disclaimer form (e.g., your family or insurance provider).
Customers’ Responsibilities
By booking a tour, participants acknowledge and accept the risks and hazards associated with motorcycle travel, including the possibility of personal injury, physical exertion, altitude risks, and inconvenience when traveling through remote areas where evacuation may not be immediately available. You accept these risks and the limitations of our company’s liability as reasonable. Travel insurance is your own responsibility.
You agree to give authority to your tour leader during your trip, including making decisions for the safety and benefit of the group.
If you damage or break our motorcycles, you will be charged for repair or replacement costs depending on the extent of the damage (always at the best possible price).
Payment Methods
Option 1: 9pay.vn
We use the 9PAY Payment Gateway to accept online card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB). Please note an additional 2.8% service fee applies.
All card information is processed securely through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your details are not stored in our system but processed by MasterCard under international security standards.
Once you choose to pay online, you will receive a secure link to complete your deposit payment.
Option 2: PayPal
We also accept online payments via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB). A 4.5% service fee applies.

After receiving your invoice link, please check the details carefully. If all information is correct, confirm by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding with payment.
Notes
The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival in Vietnam.
