1. Reservation & Payment
A reservation deposit of $300 per bike is required to secure your booking and hold the motorbike for your selected dates.
Your booking is confirmed once the reservation deposit has been received. Availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is completed.
The remaining rental balance is due at pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy (Reservation Deposit)
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before pickup – full refund
- 15–30 days before pickup – non-refundable, valid as credit for 12 months
- Within 15 days before pickup – non-refundable and retained by the rental company
Credits are transferable but not redeemable for cash.
3. Rental Rates
Rental rates vary depending on the bike model and rental duration.
Optional add-ons such as riding gear, luggage systems and delivery/shipping services can be arranged upon request.
4. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Valid motorcycle license required
- International riders must hold an International Driving Permit (1968 Convention) together with their home license
- Passport copy required at pickup
Riders are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to ride in Vietnam.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. The amount depends on the bike model.
The deposit will be refunded upon return of the motorbike in its original condition, subject to inspection.
The security deposit may be used to cover:
- Damage not covered under the Damage Waiver
- Missing equipment
- Traffic fines
- Excess cleaning costs
6. Insurance
Basic third-party liability insurance is included as required by Vietnamese law.
This insurance does not cover:
- Damage to the rented motorbike
- Personal injury
- Medical expenses
- Theft
- Off-road damage
7. Damage Waiver (Optional Add-On)
Cost: $12–$18 per day (depending on bike model and rental duration)
The Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability for damage to the rented motorbike.
It does not cover:
- Personal accidents or medical expenses
- Theft or total loss
- Engine damage caused by misuse
- Water damage
- Clutch or transmission damage caused by improper riding
- Damage occurring while riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
A reduced excess may still apply depending on the situation.
8. Theft Policy
- The incident must be reported immediately to local police
- An official police report must be provided
- The renter may be held responsible for the replacement value of the motorbike
9. Rider Responsibility
- Proper operation of the motorbike
- Daily oil and condition checks
- Securing the bike when parked
- All traffic fines and violations during the rental period
10. Breakdown & Mechanical Issues
In case of mechanical failure not caused by misuse or accident, we will arrange repair or replacement as quickly as reasonably possible.
Minor repairs during the journey may be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts, provided prior approval has been obtained.
11. Fuel Policy
The motorbike must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
12. Late Return
Motorbikes must be returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns may result in additional charges equivalent to a full rental day.
13. Geographic Restrictions
- Motorbikes may not be taken outside Vietnam
- Cross-border travel is strictly prohibited
- Riding in restricted areas is not permitted
Off-road riding is at the rider’s own risk and may void coverage under the Damage Waiver.
14. Riding Gear
Helmets are provided as required by Vietnamese law.
Additional riding gear (jackets, gloves, knee guards, etc.) can be arranged upon request.
Damage to rented gear may result in replacement charges.
